Once we cleaned this one up and use our Wise Owl Salve on it we decided it was too pretty to paint. So we added some fun paper to the large drawer and called it a day. It has minor scratches on the the top but nothing that distracts from the beauty of the desk. It is detailed on the back as well, so it’s the perfect center of the room desk.
